Why am I charged sales tax for my seanfootephotography.com purchases?
Sean Foote Photography is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Sean Foote Photography conducts business in California.

How will my order be shipped?
Currently we accept orders for shipment within the continental United States. Original works of art are shipped insured via UPS. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery from the date or your order.

What if my print, canvas or frame is damaged?
All prints and or frames damaged as a result of shipping will be replaced as soon as possible as long as you can provide all of the original packaging for inspection. it is recommended you review them with the deliver person present when possible.

Can I make returns or exchanges?
All prints are specially printed and custom framed to order, so all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges unless in the rare instance the merchandise is damaged during shipping. If that is the case please contact us and we will arrange to get a replacement out to you quickly.

Sean Foote occasionally offers work through select art exhibits. When they are offered you can review the events section of our site. All studios and galleries showing Sean Foote artwork will be listed there.
